Job Description

We are expanding and hiring like-minded individuals to join us! As a Social Media Specialist, you would join a team of highly dynamic individuals in engaging our customers (both existing and new) and serve as a spokesperson to grow our presence on major social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Influence positive public perception through online customer engagement.
  • Planning, creation and vetting of social media contents.
  • Analyse social data and provide insights during regular Management Team Meetings.
  • Community management of our various Management & Associates social media channels including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok. This includes responding to day-to-day queries, interactions with fans in a timely manner, and running sponsored ads.
  • Sentiment monitoring of industry's key issues or campaigns and analysis of social media data and transfer learnings to improve our social presence.
  • Stay up to date with current social media trends.
  • Organisation’s events coverage and updates on various social media channels.
  • Any other related duties as assigned.


  • Possess at least a recognised diploma or higher.
  • At least one to one year of working experience in communications, public relations or social media would be an advantage.
  • Entry-level candidates with proven social media activities and experience with major social media management platforms and social analytic tools will be considered as well.
  • Creative and strategic thinker and able to think out of the box.
  • Good data analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • Good team player who can also work independently.
  • Highly motivated and find satisfaction in turning around negative experiences into positive impressions for our customers.
  • Good understanding of social media community management.
