Responsibilities

  • Providing full spectrum of secretarial support to Managing Director
  • Handling of travel arrangements and visa applications
  • Handling claims and bills for Managing Director
  • Develops and maintains Highly Confidential matters
  • Update and maintain Business Contacts database
  • Advise MD’s availability to facilitate scheduling of meetings
  • Coordinating of both internal and external appointments or meetings
  • Filing of documents
  • Other personal duties as assigned by the Managing Director 

 

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma in business studies/Administration management 
  • At least 1 year working experience in related position 
  • Require to travel overseas
  • Class 3 driving license 
  • Good communication skills and written skills in both English and Mandarin 
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills and able to multi-task
  • Male Junior Executive with personal assistant experience are welcome to apply
