Job Descriptions:

  • Manage and maintain partners’ operations
  • Handle all post-sales support, including system enquiries and troubleshooting
  • Provide merchants’ support and manage enquiries and issues
  • Manage timely reconciliations and reimbursement payments to merchants, including resolving discrepancies to ensure accurate payments
  • Manage administration and documents relating to merchant operations
  • Maintain and update SOPs, processes and ensure proper up-to-date documentations
  • Assist in the preparation of scheduled reports and presentations
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established SOP
  • Have the personal motivation and ability to contribute to an entrepreneurial and dynamic team culture
  • Apply business and process knowledge to manage/recommend alternate courses of action in handling day to day operations

Working Hours:

  • Mon to Fri:  8.30am to 6.00pm

Job Requirements:

  • Min. Diploma and above
  • Preferably 3 to 5 years of relevant Sales / Businesss Development Operations experience
  • Confident, good organisational and people development skills
  • Possess strong verbal, written and presentation skills coupled with strong influencing skills
  • Proficient computer literacy skills, specifically in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent team player with willing to learn attitude
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Customer service orientated
  • Detailed and meticulous
  • Able to multi-task
  • Digitally savvy with a knack for solving problems and understanding how things work
  • Responsive, and able to prioritize operational issues to resolve when under pressure
