JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Handles data entry of cost related computations
2. Handles data entry of AP/AR transactions into accounting system
3. Issuance of Purchase Orders & liaise on procurement matters 
4. Perform 3 way matching for Supplier's DO, Invoice & Purchase Order
5. Assist in monthly payables 
6. Generate SOA & handles debtor's collections
7. Any adhoc duties assigned by superior

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Minimum 'A' Levels qualifications with 2 years of experience in related field.
2. In-depth understanding of entire MS Office suite.
3. Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities and multitask.
4. Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment.
5. Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
6. Preferred Singapore Citizens
7. Working Hours - Mon - Fri 0900 - 1800; Saturday 0900 - 1300
