Contract Shipping cum Logistics Executive  #NSJ

We are hiring under Recruit Express headcount and you will be deployed to:

Location: Islandwide

Pay: $2500 - 3000

Duration: 6 months

Working Hours: 5 Days

Responsibilities:

• Liaising with shippers/Buyers on Shipment Booking and cargo preparation.
• Verifying freight rates and coordinate import and export activities.
• Prepare full spectrum of shipping documents such as Bill of Lading, Shipping advice, invoice, etc. and updating in-house software
• Manage and coordinate trade and operational process with forecasting, inventory management, purchasing and shipping (On-Time delivery)
• Support Month/quarter/yearly closings with all trade and finance department
• Coordinate with various internal departments on shipping and logistical activities
• To maintain open and effective communications with all (external or internal) regarding supply problems and resolution actions to meet customer’s expectations
• Any ad hoc duties as assigned by Logistics Manager
