Job Descriptions:


General Enquiries / Bookings of tickets & tours

  • Service Corporate & Travel Agent accounts and handle enquiries, quotations and feedback.
  • Process bulk purchase orders, refunds and revalidation of tickets and tours.
  • Handle and coordinate request for familiarisation visits, filming and tours.
  • Process filming/ photo-shoot permits and visit forms.
  • Route guest feedbacks to the respective business units


Sales and Marketing Campaign Support

  • Support the team in executing sales and marketing campaigns to drive attraction ticket sales.
  • Liaise with all relevant business units and stakeholders involved in ensuring the smooth execution of all marketing campaigns.
  • Prepare reports for tracking of all marketing campaigns.


Other Admin Duties

  • Provide coordination and project management support for ad-hoc projects e.g. production of marketing collaterals. This includes calling for proposals and ITQs (Invitation to Quote) to procure goods and services and drafting of budget papers for approval.
  • Perform quarterly stock-take for marketing collaterals and inventory.
  • Responsible for consolidating statistical reports, manage the database and mailing list, prepare reports as well as assist in any other projects assigned.
  • Responsible for raising purchase orders, verifying invoices and processing payments

Working Hours:

  • Mon to Fri:  8.30am to 6.00pm



  • up to $3200 ( depending on experience)


Job Requirements:

  • Minimally Diploma, or Degree holder
  • Possess at least 3- 5 years’ admin experience, preferably in a similar function.
  • Organised and meticulous, with the ability to multi-task
  • Good attitude and a team player.
  • Good communication and writing skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
