Our Fast-Track Career Progression Scheme (CPS) is a three-year program for candidates with no experience to understand, challenge themselves and build their careers and capabilities coupled with opportunities to becoming a manager. Trainees undergo comprehensive training through various business exposure to understand holistic view of a business cycle and build their individual unique strength.

Job requirements:

• Min Local Diploma from any Local Government Polytechnic or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
• Self-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Willing to learn and never-say-die attitude
• No experience required
• At least age 21 & above
• Singaporean / Singaporean PR
