Responsibilities

  • Reception and Front Desk Responsibilities
  • Scheduling of Appointments
  • Update and maintain patient database using client management software
  • Handle patient’s concern and provide appropriate solutions
  • Respond to phone and email booking
  • Maintain and ensure clinic cleanliness and tidiness
  • Inventory and stocktaking
  • Adhoc duties as assigned by the Clinic Supervisor

 

Requirements

  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • Good command of other languages is a plus
  • Ability to Multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Able to establish and maintain a positive rapport with team mates.
  • Female working environment
  • Pleasant looking.
