Warehouse Assistant ($1500-$1800+OT) @West-Central location (near mrt)

Working hour: 8.30am-5.30pm (Mon-Fri) *5-DAY week

Duty:

  • To assist distribution centre supervisor to:
    • Ensure the stocks are moved in and out in the most effective and efficient manner;
    • Ensure all the warehouse records are maintained accurately;
  • To assist in the receipt of stocks, check and store them in a systematic manner for subsequent issue;
  • To arrange for physical replenishment of stocks when necessary;
  • To ensure stocks are properly packed for dispatch and labeled/marked as necessary.

Requirements:

N/O level/ ITE with 2 to 3 years Store & Warehouse experiences.

Computer literate, Bilingual in English and Mandarin

Able to operate lift truck and forklift;

*Malaysian with experience welcomed to apply.

 

Part-Time Packer (3 Day/week for 1 month) *$6.50/ hour @Town > 3 vacancies

  • Assist in stock-take & packing of goods at the Shops/ Warehouse.

*N/O level Student welcomed to apply; training provided.

 

Temp HR Admin Asst (3 month) ($8-$9/hr) @West-Central (near mrt)

  • Working hour: 9am-6pm Mon-Fri *4-5 Day week
  • Assist HR department in general administration support.

*Some HR Admin support/ general Admin experience preferred

*Fresh Graduate in HRM/ equivalent welcomed to apply;

HR cum Payroll Exec ($3500-$4000) @MNC Company, Central location (near mrt)

Working hour: 8.30am-5.30pm (Mon-Fri) *5-DAY week

Duty:

  • Handle Monthly payroll processing using Timesoft software
  • Compensation and benefits administration.
  • Monitor employees due for confirmation, prepare and submit appraisal form to respective supervisor and follow-up.
  • Assist in organizing company functions and staff welfare-related activities.
  • Handle general HR administrative duties and purchasing of office stationery items etc.

Requirements:

Degree/ Diploma in HRM/ equivalent with 2 to 4 years HR Generalist and Payroll experiences. Good communication and computer skill.

Hands on payroll processing experience (Timesoft advantage) with good knowledge of MOM policies, statutory regulations, government reimbursement claims, CPF contributions and tax laws for Singapore an added advantage.

Temp/ Part-Time Retail Asst @NIKE shops, Orchard/ Town/ JE area (3-6 month or longer term) > 10 vacancies

  • Temp Rate: *$6.50-$7 per hour
  • Working hours: *6-8hrs shift between 11am-9pm *NO night shift! *3-5 Days per week Mon-Sun
  • *Provide good customer service. NOT Promoter job!

Contract Accounts Exec/ Asst (6 month) $2000-$2400 @West-Central (near mrt)

  • Working hour: 9am-6pm Mon-Fri *5-Day
  • Assist in Accounting GL duties.

*Diploma/ LCCI/ CAT/ equivalent with 1-3 year partial accounts preferably in GL experiences

*Fresh Accountancy graduate can be considered.

 

Temp Shipping Officer/ Asst (3 month) $1800-$2400 @West-Central (near mrt)

  • Working hour: 9am-6pm Mon-Fri *5-Day
  • To prepare Shipping Documents - Invoice, Packing List and Bill of Lading
  • Declare Custom Permit for both Import and Export.

*O level/ Diploma with 1-3 years shipping/ relevant experience preferred.

*Fresh Diploma in Logistic/ related welcomed to apply.
