Qualification: Bachelor's / Honours


  • Daily inspection on quality of factory's products according to guidelines
  • Perform incoming/ outgoing / in process quality checks and control
  • Perform hygiene monitoring checks on factory, equipment and production staff.
  • Schedule laboratory sample for routine microbial and shelf life testing
  • Fill in relevant process records and prepare necessary reports and documents
  • Provide production staff training in GMP, GHP, and CCP.
  • Endure adherence to AVA requirements and ISO&HACCP documents are properly carried out
  • Conducts product development, product improvement, product application and sensory evaluation studies for various products in accordance to requirements and standards.
  • Any other ad hoc duties assigned by superior.



  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma, equivalent or above in Food Science
  • Bilingual in English and Chinese to liaise suppliers from China
  • Preferably 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Knowledge in food safety & quality audits will be an advantage
  • Able to work independently, self-motivated, initiative and able to communicate effectively with all levels
