Assistant Manager / Manager, Levy Administration (Domestic/ Business Sector), Work Pass Division – 1 year contract

Responsibilities

  • To assess levy-related appeals effectively
  • To handle complex levy cases escalated by frontline officers
  • To guide junior officers in the appropriate handling of levy enquiries/requests
  • To conduct reviews of SOPs/processes for work productivity and service improvements
  • To implement levy-related policies and projects e.g. requirement gathering and system testing

Requirements

  • Possess a tertiary qualification in any discipline
  • Possess strong analytical, creative thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Have good communications (written and spoken) and customer service skills
  • Be a good team player with a customer-focused mindset and ability to handle difficult customers
  • Be able to work independently and adapt to complex changes
  • Be able to handle multiple portfolios such as performing ops work, processing reviews, managing projects and implementing Service Requests
