Lead/ Senior Lead, Marketing & Communications (Digital & Marketing Automation)

About Marketing & Communications

You will be part of a dynamic team shaping the future of Singapore's economic development. You will undertake the development and implementation of EDB’s global marketing & communication to reach and engage our audiences & customers in EDB’s key markets which include Singapore, Japan, North America and the European markets. 
Your roles and responsibilities will include:
  • Work closely with the sales team to understand their business needs and challenges 
  • Build and recommend data strategies for EDB’s marketing automation programmes (including data cleaning, improving data quality and maintenance) 
  • Build and scale marketing automation processes to do effective lead management for the organisation
  • Manage the organisation’s marketing automation platform, which includes putting in place nurture streams and optimising the lead scoring model
  • Achieve integration between the marketing automation and CRM systems 
  • Collaborate with your team mates to manage other marketing channels to deliver collective market-based performance outcomes


The annual deliverables for this role include:

  • Data governance and lead management plan
  • Campaign review and optimisation
  • Implementation of approved activities in-market
  • Day-to-day project and timeline management
  • Content and asset creation 

Qualified Senior Lead candidates will have added mentoring responsibilities within the team.

The successful candidate should have/be:

  • Degree in relevant disciplines
  • 4 – 6 years of Marketing Communications Experience in either B2C of B2B environments for Senior Leads. Candidates with lesser years of experience may be considered for the Lead role.
  • Good track record and experience with marketing automation technologies and platforms (such as Eloqua, Hubspot, etc) and CRM integration (such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, etc)
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify business questions, analyse data, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations
  • An understanding of what data points can be collected within the digital world and how digital marketing performance can be measured
  • Experience using statistical techniques and/or tinkering with programming languages would also be extremely beneficial
  • Impeccable attention to detail and very strong ability to convert complex data into insights and action plans
  • Keen ability to visualize data through graphing/ charting/ information display skills
  • Execution excellence with a focused eye on managing timeline
  • High proficiency in Excel and other visualisation tools/dashboards
  • Excellent presentation and written skills
  • Singaporean
