As part of MND’s HR Business Partnerships team, you will work closely with our Divisions to resource, deploy and develop their manpower to achieve organisational goals. You will also be responsible for strengthening MND Family’s talent pipeline, including the holistic management and development of talent to fill our leadership needs.
Specifically, you will be involved in a wide spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment & on-boarding, re-employment & exit, leadership and board renewals, succession planning and management of MND Family’s talent pool.
You will also be required to engage and partner our Statutory Boards to review and propose HR strategies to meet the future needs of our agencies.
You should preferably possess/be:
- A Degree. Preference will be given to those with at least 2 to 3 years of HR work experience
- An inquisitive mind with good communication, interpersonal skills and a sense of responsibility
- Good conceptualising skills with the ability to drive initiatives
- A team player and be able to work with staff at various levels
