Senior Manager/ Manager/ Assistant Manager (Data Governance - Management Information)

Policy

Our policy, statistics and research functions play a vital role in influencing CPF policies. You can help design policies that enable Singaporeans to have a secure retirement, grounded in research and data analysis. If you enjoy planning and implementing policies and have the confidence to work with key stakeholders, this area is for you.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and roll out enterprise-wide data governance programme, to achieve robust data management within the Board. 
  • Work with departments to obtain buy-in to implement data governance initiatives and convey the policies to them
  • Facilitate the development and implementation of data quality standards, data protection standards, etc across the Board.
  • Perform regular review of the data governance framework and policies to ensure relevance to organization needs. 
  • Implement and perform review on data metadata/dictionary

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in data governance and data management
  • Preferably 1-2 years of relevant experience in data-related areas
  • Ability to articulate vision of transformation efforts and a sense of mission.
  • Good conceptualization, analytical, organizational and leadership skills
  • Resourceful, able to work independently and as a team
