We are looking for passionate IT graduates or IT professionals with less than 2 years of working experience to join us! CPF Board’s IT systems are essential in our operations to enable Singaporeans to save for their 3 basic needs  ΜΆ  retirement, housing and healthcare. We are a team of 600 people with diverse job capabilities ranging from Application Development & Support, DevOps, Database Administration, Network & Operating systems, Cyber Security, to Enterprise IT Architecture where you can explore your area of interest.

The 2-year programme will help you form the foundation of your IT career in CPF Board. Those who have demonstrated potential in their work will be invited to continue on another 2-year development programme. In this development programme, they will be rotated across different job functions and will also be given stretch assignments. In addition, they will get the opportunity to go into either the Management or Technical Specialist track.
