Agency Services

We work with other government agencies to implement and administer national schemes such as the GST Voucher, Workfare Income Supplement and Silver Support Scheme to benefit citizens.

The CPF Board are trustees for the CPF savings of Members. We aim to provide CPF Members, in a cost-effective manner, the widest range of quality services possible. Schemes Management

CPF members can use their CPF savings to buy a house, take care of their healthcare needs and save up for their retirement income for their golden years via the various schemes offered.  If you are meticulous, a systematic thinker and derive satisfaction from helping others, you will fit right into this job.

The job holder is responsible for all aspect of the Home Protection Scheme (HPS) operations and he/she will lead a team of staff to provide administrative support.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Lead a team of executives and oversee the daily operations performed by them. 

  2. Lead, plan and work with IT support team to carry out system enhancements  

  3. Liaise with business partners such as HDB and banks to design and improve inter-organisational processes and system link-ups

  4. Review of HPS scheme policies and processes, and make recommendation, as well as liaise with legal support and parent Ministry on HPS legislative changes where required

  5. Assist to explain HPS policies and/or processes to dissatisfied members  

Required Attributes

  1. Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and preferably in automation tools such as RPA and macros

  2. Strong analytical, organisational, leadership and problem solving skills

  3. Excellent interpersonal, written and presentation skills

  4. Independent, resourceful, have good initiative and positive attitude

  5. A team player and able to meet deadlines while multi-tasking
