Our Customer Service team provides personalised services to our members to help them make informed choices to optimise their CPF savings.
 

CPF Schemes Management

Our Schemes Management team oversees the CPF accounts of all our members, providing effective services for members to access savings for approved users to meet their retirement, healthcare, housing and other needs.

 

Agency Services

We work with other government agencies to implement and administer national schemes such as the GST Voucher, Workfare Income Supplement and Silver Support Scheme to benefit citizens.
 

Infocomm Technology

Our IT team is the backbone of our operations, providing secure and innovative technology solutions to serve our members.

 

Enforcement

We work with employers to ensure our CPF members receive accurate and timely CPF contributions.

The Central Provident Fund (CPF) is a social security savings scheme jointly supported by employees, employers and the Government. Its basic purpose is to help CPF members meet primary needs like shelter, food, clothing and health services in their old age or when they are no longer able to work. Benefits offered are to help meet one or more needs of the CPF Member in his retirement. They include withdrawals by the Member for retirement, permanent disablement, home ownership and health care. The amounts available depend on how much the Member has saved in the CPF.

The CPF Board are trustees for the CPF savings of Members. We aim to provide CPF Members, in a cost-effective manner, the widest range of quality services possible. We seek also to help employers pay CPF contributions promptly and correctly in as efficient and convenient a way as possible. Where we can, we make our assets and services available to help meet Singapore's social and economic objectives, thereby improving the quality of life of all Singaporeans and CPF Members.

CPF Board’s IT systems are essential in our operations to enable Singaporeans to save for their 3 basic needs ΜΆ retirement, housing and healthcare. We are a team of 700 people with diverse job capabilities ranging from Application Development & Support, Cloud Computing, Cyber Security, Data Analytics, Critical Infra Operating Systems Support, DevSecOps, to Enterprise Architecture where you can explore your area of interest.

As trustee of the nation’s retirement savings, the Central Provident Fund (CPF) Board helps 4 million CPF members save for their retirement, healthcare and housing needs. You will be playing a meaningful and vital role to provide the IT systems development and IT services support that will impact our members. So long as you have the passion and commitment to serve the public, you will find your niche in our big family.

Who we are looking for

  • Candidates without working experience
  • Preferably a Degree with major in Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent
  • Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • A self-starter who is constantly looking for ways to improve things and will think out of the box to explore solutions
  • Position will be on a 2-year contract with possibility of renewal/ conversion
