Executive, MIS (IT Support)
The candidate would need to:
Maintain the AXS Office Network and Servers
Provide End-User PC hardware and software application support, including troubleshooting servers, PCs and printers
Install new hardware and software, as well as software/OS upgrades and patches
Oversee the software/hardware licensing and warranty control
Manage all user accounts, server backups, MIS inventory as well as office & call centre telephone systems
The preferred candidate would:
Have minimum a Diploma or University Degree in any IT-related discipline
Possess 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience in an IT Systems support environment
Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Possess effective project management skills with the ability to undertake multiple projects with varying deadlines
Has good interpersonal skills, the ability to communicate effectively with people of all levels and cultures, and works well under pressure
