We are hiring Senior Marketing Manager for a company which specialize in publishing and operating mobile games on iOS, Android & Amazon platforms.
Key responsibilities areas:
Work alongside in the development and execution of global marketing strategy, brand positioning and market analysis
Collaborate with development teams to ensure scalability between product offerings, optimisation of marketing programs across multiple markets and ensuring brand consistency.
Work with external partners to coordinate marketing campaigns, analyse shared results and manage partnership programmes to promote game titles and maximise outreach to the gaming community.
Ongoing optimization, evaluation of effectiveness of marketing campaigns, return on investment and development of effective marketing plans to support in organisation growth and achievement of financial targets.
Optimize campaigns and develop strategies to acquire new members and traffic.
Effective application and use of data analytics in the measurement of KPIs, identification of suitable marketing channels and interpret users’ data to optimise marketing programmes.
Effectively managing of marketing activities within budget.
Maintain latest understanding of competition and market trends, agile in adapting to changes and establish close communication channels with Production Teams to share developments of the gaming landscape
Provide regular reporting and sharing of insights to management and headquarters
Min. 5 years of experience in related field of digital marketing, product management and able to lead strategic and operational initiatives end-to-end from defining marketing strategy to execution of activities.
Strong in identifying, analysing and articulating market and customer requirements using metrices driven decision making.
Passion in mobile gaming industry and constantly seeking to be on the know of latest gaming developments and trends.
High familiarity with online social networking tools (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, blogs and emerging social platforms) and the ability to develop strategies and media plans for as well as quantify the reach, impact and effectiveness metrics of social media marketing campaigns.
Able to persuade and influence audiences and stakeholders across multiple functional groups.
