Our client is a venture capitalist that supports ambitious and impactful startups across the globe.
In this role, you'll be responsible for running campaigns across multiple channels, analysing them using data and recommending areas to improve. We're looking for a resourceful and innovative individual who can come up with creative ways to carry out experiments with available resources.
You will be responsible for :
Implementing marketing campaigns across various channels like email, messaging tools, banners, push notification, etc.
Setting up drip campaigns to drive engagement and improve retention through the customer journey.
Analysing the effectiveness of existing campaigns, messaging and channels and run A/B tests to optimise.
Carrying out experiments to identify growth opportunities and solve problems.
Collaborating cross-functionally to gain insights and information required to run campaigns.
You have at least 3 years of experience as a growth marketer or in a related role.
You are highly organised and have a good attention to detail.
You are data-driven and ability to clearly present ideas backed by data.
You are a self-starter and resourceful.
You demonstrate a high level of resilience and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
You have experience with marketing automation platforms and communication tools, especially for email, WhatsApp and mobile app notifications.
You have a strong understanding of measuring success on digital platforms, and are familiar with Google Analytics and other digital measurement tools.
You write well and has a good eye for design. You have experience with basic design tools.
Experience with education, child-related, parenting-related or technology industries is a plus.
