- Perform full spectrum of order fulfilment (processing of orders, shipments arrangement, issuance of Purchase Orders to vendors, coordinating shipment with vendors and forwarders and etc.).
- Liaison with vendors, forwarders, warehouse personnel and distributors on shipping arrangement
- Arrangement and coordination of goods inspection.
- Preparation and processing of shipping documents for Certificate of Origin (C/O) application and Letter of Credit (LC) negotiation.
- Generation and maintenance of Inventory Reports.
- Assists Logistic Manager in Month-End account closing.
- Mon to Fri: 8.45am to 5.15pm
- Candidate should possess Diploma in Logistic & Operation Management or Business Administration or equivalent.
- Minimum 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to communicate with China vendor.
- Sound knowledge of Import and Export Documentation and Procedures, Letter of Credit.
