Job Description:

  • Plan strategies to review, reorganize and digitalise operational processes within the Department  
  • Review, monitor and reorganize business operational work flow with various stakeholders within the company 
  • Ensure all clients’ complaints are handled in an independent, effective and timely manner 
  • Liaise with other stake-holders, especially Quality Service and Compliance in managing complaint resolutions 
  • Identify, co-ordinate reporting needs for analysis and recommendations for Management decision making 
  • Co-ordinate with all stake-holders to ensure smooth, timely roll out of initiatives to raise agent’s productivities 
  • Organize briefings and trainings to sales agents 
  • Review established guidelines and work processes  
  • Train agents to ensure good business practices are always adhered to and in compliance with SGX/SFA/FAA rules and regulations

Requirement:

  • Degree holder with relevant working experience 
  • 2 - 3 years’ experience in Operations or Compliance experience preferred 
  • Willing to accept challenge, take action and achieve results 
  • Knowledge of SFA/SFR, SGX/ST Rules, FAA/FAR is preferred 
  • Analytical with excellent structured problem resolution competency 
  • Good knowledge Microsoft Office and google docs/sheets/forms
  • Independent and meticulous 
  • Good communication skills 
  • A good team player
