The ideal candidate would be someone with extensive experience in leading and managing client relationships. Being the main client contact, the Digital Account Manager should be the trusted advisor and partner to the clients, and confident enough to lead discussions regarding broad areas of digital marketing.
You will be responsible for :
Manage overall client relationship providing strategic input while guiding internal teams towards the achievement of client objectives, making sure day-to-day projects are delivered on time, budget, and quality
Oversee web content production, understand the various platform risks and limitations
Plan, maintain and manage the overall marketing calendar on a regular basis
Seller center operation of PurePlayer such as content publishing, performance analysis, and optimization
Determine content creation processes from strategy, planning, creation, development and delivery
Drive the direction and delivery of global/regional work in local markets: overseeing strategic, cultural, creative fit for the local/regional adaptation of the work
Be proactive about putting forward new ideas, finding solutions to client’s business needs, monitoring of competitive activity/industry trends and bringing fresh thinking/innovation
Managing and implementing tasks on JIRA for effecting project tracking and coordination.
Reporting, tracking and implementing issues on digital platform and managing issue resolution by allocating the right resources on JIRA
Confident to plan and conduct effective training sessions to ensure all resources and updated to brand standards for effective implementation.
Implement an effective process in terms of reporting of issues faced across all platforms
Min 3-5 years of integrated/digital experience in the advertising industry
Strong creative problem solving, both on a practical level in handling account operations
Excellent client management skills - liaise with multiple clients on an ongoing basis. Understanding client’s day-to-day needs (briefs) and confirming the direction of the team to fulfill these briefs in an accurate and timely manner
Excellent presentation/oral and negotiation skills - know how to sell a mid-level idea to clients, pushing back when necessary for the overall good of the project delivery
In-depth understanding of PurePlayer operation and its platforms
Knowledge on web analytics platforms - AA and GA preferred
