In this role, you will be responsible for delivering rapid sales growth and adding strategic value to enable the business to scale efficiently. You will initially join as an individual contributor and help transition the business from Founder-led sales to building a robust and high-performing sales team while delivering strong MoM growth!
You will be responsible for:
- Generating revenue and building a portfolio of customers.
- Providing the business with dependable weekly/monthly sales pipeline & forecast overviews.
- Developing partnerships with potential channels for sales.
- Spending time with customers to understand perceptions and creating feedback loops back into the business.
- Refining segmentation, personas, messaging & pricing strategies.
- Ensuring continued sales momentum by hiring & developing a team of A-players with a strong sales culture.
- You ideally have 3-8 years SaaS sales experience in a high-growth VC-backed startup
- You have experience in rapid scale-ups and are a hands-on salesperson who can lead by example.
- You are also highly goal-oriented, agile, and passionate about the problems you solve.
- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- You are a strong mentor and coach who can build high-performing teams.
- You have good international exposure and are at ease with working with stakeholders in different countries across the globe.
- You are a self-starter who can thrive in remote international teams.
