We will train you in our internal support processes; once you're proficient you can help us to innovate our tools and processes further to improve our customer experience.
1. Provide 1st line help desk support to Mac and Windows users. Typically for issues related to printing, Microsoft Office usage, email settings for Microsoft Outlook, Windows profile configuration.
2. Assemble/dis-assemble computer and server hardware.
3. Install and maintain Windows 8 and Windows 10/11 operating system.
4. Install, support and maintain business application software.
5. Create, update and manage technical documentation of knowledgebase and procedures.
6. Setup, administer and troubleshoot NAS, firewalls and VLANs.
