IT Service Centre Call Agents (5 Openings)

Job Duties:

  1. As part of a team to provide a single point of contact to end-users, you shall provide the first call resolution through telephone, or e-mails and consistently logging all ICT related issues into the call management system.
  2. For unresolved issues or matters, you shall escalate them to the next level of support.
  3. You shall follow up on the progress of all outstanding issues until closure.
  4. Assist in ICT projects and other administrative tasks.


Job Requirements:

  1. Preferably with six months of ICT Helpdesk working experience. Those with at least 1-2 years of relevant experience will be considered for a senior position.
  2. We provide hands-on training and buddy guidance for all new hires.
  3. Patient and a friendly person with a strong interest in providing Customer Service.
  4. A strong team player.
  5. Willing to perform 12-hour Shift Work.
