Client Services Administrator (Order & Billing Management-4000 SGD-6 Months)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Independent management of end-to-end order-to-invoice processing, including submission of required documentations, in accordance with business requirements and agreed timeline
  • Responsible for monitoring of assessors time and expenses ; timely recording of sub-contractors time and expenses, including submitting monthly accruals  for sub-contractors expense
  • Responsible for coding subcontractor, bought in services (BIS) and all on-the-job expenses, eg. travel invoices as per Shared Service Centre (SSC) requirement
  • Daily review of work-in-progress (WIP) report to ensure pending jobs progress to billing in accordance to group key performance indicators (KPIs), with WIP ratio to be maintained at =/<0.
  • Main point of liaison / support point for invoice-related matters with various business stakeholders, such as SSC and external clients to manage queries, resolve discrepancies/disputes and/or process failures at various touchpoint
  • Identify and suggest improvements to administration processes and procedures, including assisting with implementation support within the tea
  • Review & analyse data to provide management information/statistics to support the overall delivery of processes
  • Support general and/or ad hoc office admin duties, as agreed with line manager during staff absence and high activity periods (this may include receiving clients, answering phones and assisting with office events)


Job Qualifications:

  • Experience in working on ERP systems in a Multi-National Corporation (MNC) a must. Experience in JD Edwards software an advantage
  • Proficient in MS Excel with working knowledge in Access, MS Word and Outlook
  • Degree, diploma or relevant/practical experience appropriate to the requirements of the job experience
  • Ability to multi-task with high degree of accuracy in handling huge volume of work
  • High level of organisation and time management skills with ability to prioritise
  • Good communication skills, with proficiency in written and spoken English. Experience with managing Australia clients preferable
