CHEF DE PARTIE

You need to be:

  • A team player. You are able to support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in running culinary related activities and upholding quality food standards especially during busy periods.
  • Organised. You can plan kitchen operations such that mis en place is smooth and also ensure minimum kitchen wastage.
  • Constantly seeking excellence. You pride yourself on maintaining high standards while remaining open to learning to learn and improve your craft.



You must be…

Trained in preparing and cooking western cuisine and physically fit to manage kitchen operations.

As our Chef De Partie, you will be assisting the Sous Chef and Head Chef in exploring and innovating new menu items and consistently ensuring quality standards in the food we serve to our customers. You will be responsible to train and develop junior chefs in the kitchen.
