Senior Specialist (U Small and Medium Enterprises)
You will research, develop deep understanding and identify key players in the industry. You will manage SMEs at the senior executive and decision-making level. You will need to develop good relationships with the SMEs and relevant industry stakeholders. This is key to ensuring timely, insightful and meaningful engagement. You will develop and execute sectorial strategies and companies' joint action plans to take care of SME workers. You will have to do events management which includes conceptualization of the event plan to managing the budget and execution of the event. You will also need to develop marketing collaterals and/or newsletters to communicate the department's message.
A good degree from recognized university in any discipline
At least 3 years of relevant working experience in managing SMEs and/or account management
Passion to help workers in SMEs
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent and interpersonal skills and able to communicate at all levels
Candidates who can write and converse in both English and Chinese (in order to liaise with Chinese speaking associates)
