Assistant Manager / Manager / Senior Manager (Leadership & Organisation Development)

Responsibilities:


  • Identify leadership development needs in order to design, develop, and deliver leadership building initiatives to support the organisation’s objectives
  • Work with internal customers and stakeholders to translate organisation objectives into specific organisation development initiatives
  • Design and develop suitable methods of programme delivery and execution of initiatives to achieve optimal outcomes
  • Review and evaluate effectiveness of leadership and organisation development plans and initiatives to achieve organisation purpose
  • Conduct stand-up training and facilitation for different levels of internal customers



Job Requirements:


  • A good degree
  • At least 3 years of working experience in the area of training, organisation development or equivalent
  • Proficient in training design and development and confidence in conducting stand-up training
  • Strong analytical skills with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
